This client arrived at a 1.3× ROAS — spending more on ads than they were making back. Two agencies had managed the account before us. Both left it structurally broken: 47% of spend going to irrelevant queries, conversion tracking that had never correctly fired in three years, and 200+ disapproved products sitting untouched in Merchant Center.
We rebuilt everything from scratch. Shopping campaigns restructured by product margin — not just category. Feed titles completely overhauled. Shopify tracking installed properly for the first time — GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, the works. PMax launched with real customer audience signals.

This client came to us doing £7,000 a month in sales — a UK bed and mattress store heading into the most competitive selling season of the year with an account that wasn’t ready for it. Spend was scattered across broad, low-intent queries, conversion tracking wasn’t giving reliable signals, and the account had no structure to handle a seasonal surge.

We rebuilt the account ahead of Q4. Campaigns were restructured around the products actually driving margin, feed titles were cleaned up so the right listings could compete, and tracking was fixed so Smart Bidding finally had real data to work with. Budget was shifted toward what the numbers showed was converting, right as demand started climbing into November and December.

Al-Mumtaz Flowers is a florist in Dubai we’ve worked with for three years — but only during one window: Valentine’s Day. Every February, we turn the account on, scale it hard for the season, then hand it back off until next year.

In 2023, that Valentine’s push brought in 49 conversions at dh87.31 per conversion, generating dh15,300 in revenue. Each year since, we’ve refined targeting, tightened the keyword list, and let the account carry forward what it learned the season before.

By 2026, the same seasonal window produced 407 conversions — an 8.3x increase — at a cost per conversion of just dh25.28, down 71% from where we started. Revenue from the campaign hit dh56,200, a 267% increase from 2023, on a cost of just dh10.3K.
